Once the relevant person recieves your request, it will be reviewed and discussed at the next team meeting and you will be contacted with the outcome. 

Team meeting are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month and we must have request 1 week prior to the meeting in order to process it that month.

If you are in need of a wheelchair, this request will be processed within 24 hours and you will be contacted by a member of the team as a priority.
